Join Kelsey Derringer to learn to code and make robots! lora’s robotic dance party is off the chain! The toughest part of being a DJ is coming up new beats to keep her crowd dancing. Luckily, the MakeCode programming language has a music feature! Help Flora the robot write some new tunes while learning programming basics. No special hardware is needed for you to interact with our in-studio robots. We’ll be coding songs, learning basic music principles, and exploring robotics. MATERIALS:

• Laptop or Chromebook to program on, preferably separate from your Zoom viewing device. (EX: Watch Zoom on a phone, code on a Chromebook.)
